Boil pineapple, sugar and water.
Remove from fire and add yeast. When cool keep in air-tight jars.
After 22 days strain the contents of
the jars through a fine cloth, folded up in 5 or 6 layers.
Afterwards pour back the juice in the jars. Do not squeeze the
contents of the cloth. After another 22 days wine can be used. It
will have a better taste if kept in a refrigerator
