Time for Rice balls!!

Ingredients

Quantity

boiled rice

3 cups

finely grated coconut

2 cups

sugar

1/2 kg

ghee

1 dsp

Keep a skillet on fire and when it is hot pour the ghee and rost the rice little by little. Keep on stirring till the fried smell comes, then remove from fire.

Put the grated coconut in the same skillet and roast without the coconut changing its white colour.

Pound the fried rice and sieve. Mix the coconut and sugar withit and pound again. Finally pound the left over coarse flour in teh sieve.

Mix all the pounded ingredients together. Make small balls without pressure.
