1. Fry the marinated fish lightly in
little oil and keep it aside
2. Sauté onions in the same oil and add ginger, garlic, curry
leaves and tomato add the thin coconut milk after 5 minutes, keep
stirring.
3. When the coconut milk boils add the fish piece by piece and
boil it for 5 more minutes, care has to be taken to see that the
fish doesn’t break.
4. When the fish has become soft add 11/2 cup of thick coconut
milk and when it boils put of the flame add vinegar, without
stirring much serve the dish hot.
