1. Grind ginger, onion, and garlic
separately; grind chilly, coriander, turmeric, mustard together,
and slice onions lengthwise cut tomatoes into quarters, crush
cloves cinnamon and cardamom.
2. Extract ½ cup milk from coconut. Take 2 cups milk of the
second and third extractions
3. Heat oil, sauté onions, green chillies, add crushed cloves
cardamom etc add onion, ginger, garlic sauté, and pour second and
third extraction of milk, when it boils add fish salt cover and
boil.
4. Cook and when the gravy thickens add first extraction of
milk, and tomatoes and cook on slow fire till it separates.
