make Malabari Lobster curry...
Ingredients
Quantity
Lobsters
6 nos
Malabari gravy
800 mls
Salt
to taste
Vinegar
30 mls
Red chilli powder
15 gms
1. Prepare the lobsters. Apply
salt, vinegar and chilli powder. Keep aside.
2. Meanwhile cook the Malabari Gravy
masala as per recipe and add water and lobsters. Simmer for 20
minutes.
3. Serve hot.
