Grind the coriander powder, chilli
powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, cumin seeds, cloves,
cinnamon, cardamom and aniseeds smoothly.
Mix together the minced meat,
finely chopped green masala, 2 tsp. of masala paste, little
vinegar and salt. Shape into small balls.
Heat oil in a pan and
sauté the
onion slices first and then garlic, ginger and green chillies. Add
the remaining masala paste and sauté over slow fire till the oil
separates. Mix thin coconut milk, vinegar, salt and curry leaves.
Let it boil.
Drop the meat balls gently into the
simmering gravy one by one. When the meat balls are cooked and the
gravy is reduced, add the thick coconut milk. Bring to boil and
remove from fire.
