Coriander powder

1. Blend the masala with a
little water to make a paste. Keep aside.
2. Heat oil and fry the green cardamom and pepper. Add shallots
and sauté till golden brown.
3. Put in the meat and sauté till brown.
4. Add the masala and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Add
potatoes if you like.
5. Add water. Cover and cook till done. Serve with rice or
paratha.
