Grind the spices
Mix meat with all the ingredients
except the oil and the chopped onions and keep it aside for some
time to marinate.
Cook the Meat with the masala
covering the pan with a deep lid containing water
Add hot water to the meat
occasionally from the lid cook till the meat is tender and the
gravy absorbed.
Fry the onion till golden brown in
color' toss in the meat. let the masala roast in the oil. Remove
and serve hot.
