(The traditional way of frying the chicken)

Ingredients

chicken

750 gms

egg

2 nos

flour

4 cups

dry chilies

5 nos

turmeric powder

1 tsp

garlic

6 cloves

ginger

1 no

garam masala

1 dsp

oil

for frying

salt

to taste

 

Parboil the chicken in salt and turmeric till cooked. Drain and keep aside.

Make a smooth batter of flour, salt and egg.

Coat pieces of chicken in the batter and fry till golden brown.

Serve hot.
