1. Heat
5 tbsp. oil in a frying pan & sauté 6 medium-sized onions finely
sliced, along with the ginger, garlic, green chili paste, curry
leaves.
2. Add Kerala chicken curry masala.
3. Add 1-cup water & bring it to boil.
4. Add 500-g chicken pieces & salt as per taste.
5. Add 1-cup coconut milk.
6. Cover & simmer until chicken is cooked.
7. Garnish with curry leaves
