1. Place
tomatoes, carrots and onions in a heavy pan.
2. Add hot water or stock along with salt and pepper.
3. Cook till vegetables are done.
4. Add grated coconut and cook till vegetables are well cooked.
5. Rub through soup sieve.
6. Prepare white sauce Butter ,flour and Milk.
7. Add the vegetable puree gradually. The sauce and the vegetable
puree at room temperature.
8.Rehaeat and garnish with roasted coconut.
