Peel and cut the banana into cubes.
Wash well.
Grind together green chilies,
turmeric, coconut, garlic and onion.
Add 1 cup water and cook bananas
till nearly dry. Add salt.
Add ground ingredients to cooked
bananas. Allow steam to pass through. Mix well and check the
seasonings.
Heat oil and crackle sesame seeds,
add curry leaves and fry them for a second.
Transfer the cooked bananas to a
serving dish and temper with the sesame seeds and curry leaves.
