1. Mix coconut, curd and green chilies
in a blender.
2. Add 1-cup water, red chilly powder, turmeric and salt.
Bring to a boil. Remove
3. Heat the oil .Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and
fenugreek seeds
4. Now add the chopped onion, the red chilies, garlic, the
ginger and the curry leaves.
5. Add to the yogurt curry.
6. Can add vegetables like zucchini, yam, etc. Add cooked vegetables
before adding the curd.
