1. Grate bitter gourd into very
small piece.
2. Cut onion, chili and ginger in to very small pieces (using a
grater).
3. Heat oil and add mustard seed. Mix bitter gourd
coconut, ginger turmeric, onion, and green chili together and add
to the frying pan.
4. Add salt. Keep the pan covered and cook in a low flame
for 7 minutes. Stir well and serve hot.
