1. Cut cabbage in to very small
pieces using a grater.
2. Grind coconut, turmeric, onion, and green chili together.
3. Add one tablespoon of oil in to a frying pan and add mustard.
4. When the mustard pops add urud (Black gram)dal. Then add
cabbage and mix well. Add ground coconut masala in
to it and cover with the cabbage
5. Add curry leaf and salt to taste.
6. Keep the pan covered and cook in a low flame for 5 minutes.
Stir well.
