1.Sieve flour
2.Add boiling water and salt to rice flour, stir well. Roll
into small balls; flatten them smearing rice flour (so that they do not stick to each other)
3.Then cook in an iron pan.
Best when served hot with a spicy chicken
gravy. Pathiri is a dish prepared by the Malabaris of Kerala. These are
thin rice pancakes, very light and compliments any spicy gravy
served along with it.
