He was the winner for 'best cartoon' for two consecutive
years at the South India 'Inter-University Youth Festival'.
He was also awarded 'best caricaturist' at the College Level
by the Kerala Cartoon
Academy. You see he has won a lot more prizes than these,
but due to space constraints we can't put it up here!!..so

characters Ravi, Tara, Laloo, etc are Anoop's creations.
Most of the illustrations on the web site are his

What the team has to say: Anoop aka Anu
Anoop is quite
simply the official comedian of the team. Not a day goes by
without his remarkable one-liners or antics! He is the life of
the party and he loves a good laugh anytime, anywhere, at
anybody's expense, including his own! He's incredibly talented
and dedicated to his work. He's a firm believer in the
philosophy of "waste not, want not" and he lives wisely.
Likes and Dislikes:
He
likes listening to Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam songs; but has a
soft corner for old movie songs. He often breaks into a song and
is quite capable of carrying a tune. But when it comes to
dancing.... well, let's just say he's... 'interesting'! He loves
watching movies, which in fact are the greatest inspiration
behind his one-liners.
Special Qualities:
Ability to laugh at himself.
Famous one-liner:
Whenever you approach Anoop for something, mostly a favour, his
famous reply is - "My always open...." (whhhaaatt???!!).
You see, he just prefers to be dramatic when it comes to saying
'yes'. For example, if you asked him - 'Anoop, would you like to
be the president of India?' chances are he would reply - 'ha ha
ha ..My alwaaayyyss open'!
Has
lots and lots and lots and lots of friends, which is really a
surprise!
